My name is Margot Muller. Trained in sociology and social work, I've been a specialised social worker since 2016. In my daily work, I support young people and families through their personal and professional challenges — often dealing with complex institutions, incomprehensible forms, and deadlines that don't wait.
Over the years, I realised that admin is the point where many people give up. Not for lack of effort, but because it's too much, too unclear, or too stressful. A poorly filled form, an unsent letter, a missed deadline — and the situation gets worse.
I created Marge Assist to offer that same support — structured, human, practical — to everyone who needs it. Whether you are a cross-border worker, an overwhelmed parent, or lost in your paperwork, I'm here to help you pick up the thread.
